MAG Roadside provides 24/7 towing and roadside assistance services including, but not limited to:
- Emergency towing
- Flatbed towing
- Roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, lockout service, fuel delivery)
- Accident recovery
- Vehicle extraction and winch-out services
2. Service Area
We primarily serve Union County, Mecklenburg County, Concord, Indian Land, and Fort Mill areas in North Carolina and South Carolina. Service availability may vary based on location and current demand.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted based on service type, distance, and vehicle specifications
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, holidays, or special circumstances
- Prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual service requirements
4. Service Requests
- Service requests can be made by phone (704-774-0428), text message, or through our website
- We strive for 15-30 minute response times but cannot guarantee specific arrival times
- Service requests are subject to availability and weather conditions
- You must provide accurate location and vehicle information
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel a service request at any time before the tow truck arrives
- Cancellation fees may apply if the driver is already en route to your location
- We reserve the right to cancel service if conditions are unsafe or if payment cannot be secured
6. Liability
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our towing operations
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles
- Customers must disclose any special handling requirements or vehicle modifications
- We are not liable for items left in vehicles during towing
- Our liability is limited to the actual value of the service provided
